Please prepare a set of questions and we are very happy to clarify and answer them.

Matching you with the right caregiver

There are numerous factors to consider when matching you with a caregiver: 

Personality, Experience, Skills, Common Interests and more...

In case a caregiver doesn't fit well, we always have replacements until we find the right one.

It doesn't usually takes us that long.

Our Caregivers

Our Caregivers are background checked.

We are insured and bonded.

We take care of our caregivers too.

We believe that if we take good care of them, they will be happy to care for our clients.

Most of our caregivers have been with us for a couple of years now ranging from 2 to 11 years.

We hire caregivers through referrals with no advertisements.

Continuity of Care

We work hard to set you up with the same group of caregivers.

For you to be comfortable with us and us be more knowledgeable in taking care of you.

We don't want to assign different caregivers to you.

 

 

Introduction/ Interview

Before we start the care, we usually line up candidates for an introduction and interview.

You pick who you feel you are comfortable with.

You get a sense of who are you getting and what kind of manpower we have.

 

 

Supervision

We have daily logs to record activities, vital signs and all important information.

"SPOT CHECKING" The owner or the coordinator usually visits the client mostly without notice (unless require us to call first before visiting)
